Symphonic Band
Conductor: Tanner Ellis
The Symphonic Band is the second middle school band at Scott Middle School. This band is primarily made up of both 7th and 8th graders. Every student in this band will audition for the Texoma All-District band. They will also participate in Solo and Ensemble as well as UIL. Before and after school sectionals are required and are taken as a weekly grade.
The Symphonic Band will perform in a selected number of pep rallies, SMS football games, a DHS football game and their Winter/Spring concerts. All performances are test grades.
